Seminar Room or Administrative Conference Room

Policies

The Library has two seminar rooms and a conference room available for reservation for classes or meetings. The Level 1 Seminar Room can seat up to 12 people. The Level 2 Seminar Room and the Administrative Conference Room can seat up to 10 people each. A laptop with projector are available upon request for any room. The Administrative Conference Room has a mounted glass dry erase board, and mobile dry erase boards can be brought into the Seminar Rooms. 

  • Loyola University and Notre Dame of Maryland University faculty, students, and staff can reserve these rooms. Reservations for community organizations are approved on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Reservations must be made 24-hours in advance, and recurring reservations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
  • Rooms are available on a walk-up basis when not reserved.
