Special Events/Room Reservations
For any questions related to events at the library, please email, library-events@loyola.edu.
Loyola and Notre Dame Campus groups can submit event requests via the LNDL Campus Event Request Form.
These events are reviewed in accordance to the LNDL Campus Event Policy.
Community members interested in hosting an event at LNDL should email library-events@lndl.org.
These event requests are reviewed in accordance to the LNDL External Event Policy.
LNDL has adequate space to support a wide variety of events:
- Meetings
- Summer Camps
- Community Classes
- Film Screenings
- Workshops
Please note that LNDL does not host formal receptions, personal parties, church services, or media screenings without adequate public performance rights. LNDL also does not host community events or allow community entry during the Final Exam Periods.
