Large Format Printing
Available are:
- Epson SureColor P6000 w/ built in paper cutter
- Cutting mat and rotary cutter
Uses are:
- Print posters for class presentations and conferences
- Print an art exhibit
Users should:
- only submit self created works to include:
- posters for classes and conferences,
- artwork and photos created by you,
- images and graphics that have been altered by you in accordance with fair use
- design poster to size in an acceptable format compatible with:
- Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Publisher)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- embed fonts where applicable
- refrain from submitting copyrighted material, for which you don't have permission to use
- complete the Large Format Print Request form a minimum of 24 hours in advance of intended pickup (Requests are printed Monday-Friday only, and requests submitted on Friday or over the weekend should not be expected to be picked up before Monday at noon)
- pick up completed posters from the Help Desk

Users may:
- print up to 15' per semester if a student
- print up to 30' per semester if faculty or staff
Library staff:
- reserves the right to refuse any print requests it believes to be in violation of copyright
- will make every effort to complete requests by the projected pick up date
- will notify users when prints are ready for pick up
