Large Format Printing

Available are:

  • Epson SureColor P6000 w/ built in paper cutter
  • Cutting mat and rotary cutter

Uses are: 

  • Print posters for class presentations and conferences
  • Print an art exhibit

Users should:

  • only submit self created works to include:
    • posters for classes and conferences,
    • artwork and photos created by you,
    • images and graphics that have been altered by you in accordance with fair use
  • design poster to size in an acceptable format compatible with:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Publisher)
    • Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • embed fonts where applicable
  • refrain from submitting copyrighted material, for which you don't have permission to use
  • complete the Large Format Print Request form a minimum of 24 hours in advance of intended pickup  (Requests are printed Monday-Friday only, and requests submitted on Friday or over the weekend should not be expected to be picked up before Monday at noon)
  • pick up completed posters from the Help Desk
  • Contact the Copyright Information Center at or 410-617-6872 with questions concerning copyright

Users may: 

  • print up to 15' per semester if a student
  • print up to 30' per semester if faculty or staff

Library staff:

  • reserves the right to refuse any print requests it believes to be in violation of copyright
  • will make every effort to complete requests by the projected pick up date
  • will notify users when prints are ready for pick up
